BEA Jewellery is a collaboration between two friends, goldsmith Astrid Hansen and designer Eli Tangen. They started working together in 2016 – the beginning of a lasting and joyful project.

The collaboration has resulted in a collection of beautiful and exquisite jewellery featuring authentic gemstones – unfussy combinations of elegant and lush design. Jewellery that goes with everything, no matter what the current trends and styles. Good craftsmanship and authentic materials at an affordable price.

The jewellery is gold-plated with a matt brushed finish that provides a soft and elegant contrast to the gemstones – aquamarine, agate, jade, quartz and moonstone.

Astrid Hansen is a fourth generation goldsmith and owner of Gullsmed Bernhard Hansen, a specialty jeweller’s shop in Stavanger, which has its own workshop and store. Astrid is a genuine craftsperson with a long family tradition – an aesthete committed to quality and good craftsmanship.

Eli Tangen has worked for many years in the advertising business. She has always been very into fashion and aesthetics, and runs her own design studio in Stavanger where she specialises in visual identity, publications and branding. Astrid and Eli’s joint project combines a genuine interest in design with a desire to explore new directions.
